I bought a product on your site. When will you ship it?

Your order will be shipped within 2 days after payment is received.

This is the time needed to process the order, prepare the shipment and schedule the courier to pick up the order.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be shipped to payment received (the timing of receipt of payment depends on the bank circuits).

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding scheduled holidays).

When does delivery take?

From the moment the courier picks up the order, it will be delivered in Italy in approximately 24/48h.

For some locations that are not easily accessible or during periods of congestion of the courier hubs (for example before Christmas), delivery times may be longer.
For foreign countries delivery times are longer (see table below).

We always check the status of our shipments and, in case of delays, we will try to assist and support you in the best possible way.

Do you ship everywhere in Italy?

Absolutely, although might be some differences in costs.

Some areas are difficult to reach for the courier (eg. Livigno, Venice, some islands etc..)
For this reason, in some areas, the shipping rates could be higher.

We will be able to verify the difference only at the moment of the insertion of your address.

In case, before booking the pickup and confirming the shipment, we will send you an email with the request for eventual integration of the costs.
You can easily decide to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Do you ship to foreign countries?

Of course! We ship in Europe and in several countries outside the EU.

Even shipments abroad will have a tracking number.
Duties and customs fees, if any, have to be paid by the customer.

Indicate the exact address of the recipient and a phone contact.
This will facilitate the management of the shipment and delivery.

Which courier do you use?

For shipments in Italy we use GLS Italy.
You will receive tracking and shipment details to the email address you provided.

For shipments abroad we may also use other couriers, depending on the place of destination.

Christmas DELIVERIES: because of the Christmas holidays, delivery times may be delayed.
Buy in advance to ensure you receive your order on time.

On-time XMAS deliveries are guaranteed by the couriers for orders placed before 15th December (10th December if you need to ship outside Italy)
If you order after this date we will still ship, but we can't guarantee delivery by Christmas.

ADDRESS: when you place an order always indicate the address where you know someone will be present to receive the package.

MULTIPLE ORDERS: Orders placed at different times will be shipped separately.
We recommend that you order multiple products at once to avoid delays in delivery and any additional costs.

PACKAGING: Your package will be carefully prepared to avoid damage during transport. 

We want our packaging to be pleasant to receive, that can protects our products, and of course we want it to be sustainable.
That's why we are constantly studying new solutions that can bring improvements.

DAMAGES: damages during transport or due to third parties will not be considered our responsibility.

If you notice any damage during the delivery tell the courier that "accept with reservation" and contact us.
We will try as much as possible to support you in reverting with the courier.


You can collect your purchases by hand, avoiding the cost of shipping and impacting less on the environment.
Write to at least 2 days in advance (it's the time we need to organize the pick up).

To pick up your order there are two ways:

  1. Collection is available in Sestri Levante (GE).
    If you choose this solution we will agree on a point to pick your order up.
  2. Collect at one of the events we'll be attending.
