SHIPPING DURING COVID-19:
Our courier GLS wants to guarantee safer conditions for their employees.
Shipments will not require a signature at the delivery.
Please constantly check the tracking number to be always updated about your shipment.
We will despatch the order within 2 working days after receiving the payment.
Our express courier is GLS Italy.
If the product is available, we will process it straight away.
If the product won't be in stock we will provide you all the information about the time required to process the order.
Shipments will be processed from Monday to Friday.

*The shipping time starts when the courier pick up the item from us.
Days are intended as WORKING DAY (Saturday and Sundays and bank holidays are not included).
Any delays or a missed delivery caused by the courier is out of our responsability
You will get an email with the details of the shipment.
HOLIDAYS: we don't ship on the following days:
XMAS DELIVERIES: around Christmas time, the delivery time could be longer than expected.
We recommend you to place your orders in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Deliveries are expected on time for the orders placed before 15th December.
ADDRESS: We strongly recommend to provide a correct address where you can easily get your delivery
EXTRA WEIGHT: If the weight will result over 3kg extra costs will be added to the final shipment price. You will be warned anyway of the extra charges.
MULTIPLE ORDERS: If you order 2 or more items separately, they will be processed separately.
We recommend to place every item in one order, also to avoid extra delivery time and eventually extra costs.
PACKAGING: We will make sure that your pack will be prepared accurately and ready for the journey to your destination.
Unfortunately we won't be responsible of any damage or delay due to the transport.
It could be possible to collect your products at the events we are taking part of.
