BANK TRANSFER

If you select this option we will send you the details to proceed with the payment.

Your product will be shipped when the payment will be settled on our bank account. We don't accept receipt of payments as proof.
Depending on the bank, the transfer might take a longer time to be processed.
We will be glad to assist you, checking constantly the process of your payment.

PAYPAL (SSL system)

Paypal is a safe and fast payment method.
To pay with Paypal you need to have a verified account on paypal.com website, linked to your bank account or your credit/debit card.

It's easy to open a Paypal account, and the basic account doesn't cost anything to you when you pay something online.
It's a safe safe way to do your shopping online and all the major credit/debit card circuits are accepted.

How can I choose the payment method?

When you are buying a product on Defeua.com, you will be asked to choose a payment method. If you decide to use the bank transfer you will get an email with the details for the payment.
If you decide to use Paypal you will be connected directly to the official website Paypal.com, when you will be able to process the payment.
If you don't have a Paypal account yet, we recommend you to open one before doing your shopping.

How long do I have to wait to receive the confirmation of my payment?

Paypal will send you immediately a confirmation of your payment.
Bank transfer will require more time, depending on the banks. This will delay the order process and the shipment.

Is the VAT included on the t-shirt's final price?

The price you can see on the website is the final price you will pay for the product.
We don't charge VAT to our customers following the italian law:
