RETURNS and SUBSTITUTION

If i'm not satisfied with my product, can i return it?

Yes of course!

Following the Direttiva Europea 2011/83 customer has the right to return the products within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

We will accept the product back and refund you if:

  • the product is not used, washed or damaged;
  • labels are still applied to the garment.

To get your refunds you must fill the return application document and send back to us at our email address: info@defeua.com or via mail at our address:

I bought the wrong size! What can i do?

No panic!

You have the right to return the products within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

We will accept the product back and exchange it with another one you prefer only if:

  • the product is not used, washed or damaged;
  • labels are still applied to the garment
  • you will exchange it with a product with the same value

To ask for a substitution you must fill the "substitution application" document and send back to us at our email address: info@defeua.com or via air mail at our address:

Where could i find the return/substitution application document?

Send an email to: info@defeua.com requiring the Return Application Document. We will send you an email with the document (will be a .doc file)

Do i have to pay to return the product?

Unfortunately YES.

Shipment costs to return or exchange the item are on you. The product must be sent back within 14 days after receiving the parcel

How will i get the refund?

You will be refunded depending on the payment method you've used.

  • Bank Transfer: you need to provide your bank details in order for us to provide the refund. The refund timing will depend on the bank.
  • Paypal: you will get the money back directly on your Paypal account.
