I am not satisfied with my purchase.
Can I return the product and ask for a refund?

Absolutely yes!
Following the European Directive 2011/83 the consumer has the full right to communicate the withdrawal within 14 days from delivery.

The acceptance of the return and any refund will take place after the "Verification of the garment" (scroll down the page to find the paragraph dedicated)

I got the wrong size :-(.
Can I change it?

Of course! The exchange request must be sent within 14 days from the purchase.

To be entitled to replacement, you must send the Return/Exchange Form (which you find by scrolling down the page) filled and signed mail to the address: info@defeua.com
(on the form you will find a special section for the "change of size").

We give you a very useful advice to avoid mistakes:
always use the chart with the size measurements before placing your order.

You can find the chart in each product sheet.
Look at the measurements on our website and compare them with a similar garment you own.

Garment check

When we receive the garment back (either for a return or an exchange), we will check the condition of the product.

The returned garment must have these characteristics:

    • must not have been used, washed or damaged;

  • must have labels, tags, and complete packaging (box, brand material etc.), as per delivery.

If we verify that the product has been used, damaged or if part of the packaging is missing we will not be able to make any refund or exchange.

Always check that everything is in place before requesting a return or exchange.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for the return and exchange?

The shipping costs for the return are at your charge.

The shipping costs for sending a new size (if you have chosen to change it) will be at our charge instead.

In case you have received a product with defects or damaged, or if you have received a product or a size different from those ordered, send us the RETURN/EXCHANGE form (filled out in the appropriate section).

If we find that we have made a mistake, the shipping costs for the return of the item will be charged to us.

In this case we will arrange and book the pick-up (we will contact you to arrange the pick-up).

Remember that the product must always be returned within and no later than 14 days from the sending of the RETURN/EXCHANGE form.

WHEN and HOW will I receive my refund?

We will process your refund as soon as possible but consider 10-14 days after the verification of the product returned.

You will get your refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase:

    • Bonifico: you must provide the bank details to which to send the refund. The timing will depend on the bank used.

  • Paypal: a refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be immediately visible.
